We are looking for candidates who are highly skilled with relevant experience of working with people with complex emotional needs and emotional difficulties to work as a senior clinician in the Personality Disorder (PD) Stream within the Enfield Integrated CORE Mental Health Team

In addition to MBT, we also offer comprehensive Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Structured Clinical Management informed approach. We are currently in the process of expanding our Family and Carers Programme. We also offer a small provision for people with Personality Disorder who require care coordination.

There is an emphasis on team based MDT decision making in the treatment planning which lends itself to creating a supportive environment for staff. There is a good record of effectively supporting people towards a sense of satisfaction and achievement.

This will include formulating and implementing treatment plans with support of the MDT. As an allocated professional you will signpost and liaise with Social Care and other colleagues to support the service user to have their needs holistically met.

As a senior member of the team, you may take on a liaison role with a service with whom we have key relationships including Acute Inpatient Wards, Crisis and Home Treatment Teams, Eating Disorder Service, CAMHS and Psychiatric Liaison Service. A key target is to minimise ward admissions but to also to provide clinical guidance to staff who are referring into the stream.
