    As a childcare worker you'll play a crucial role in shaping young minds and creating a nurturing environment for their growth and development.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner.
    • Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate activities.
    • Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of the children at all times.
    • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
    • Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment.
    • Follow nursery policies and procedures.
    • Be punctual and reliable for shifts.
    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.

    Experience/Requirements:

    • Hands on experince looking after children aged 0-5 years (Must be confident to work with babies, toddlers & Pre-schoolers)
    • Previous experience in a childcare setting is preferred.
    • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
    • A passion for working with children and helping them develop.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to adapt to different age groups and personalities.
    • Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
    • Aware of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and safety procedures - Safeguarding course wukk be provided

    Job Types:
    Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Part-time, Full-time

    Salary:
    £ £14.64 per hour


    Ability to commute/relocate:

    • Liverpool, Merseyside: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

    Education:

    • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

    Experience:

    • Hands on experience working with Babies, Toddlers & Pre-schoolers (Personal or professional)

    Licence/Certification:

    • Driving Licence (preferred)
