Full-time, permanent

About our client & the role


Bhayani Recruitment is helping sister Company Bhayani Law to recruit a Junior HR Advisor to join its expanding team based in the Sheffield office with some remote working available following an initial induction period.

The firm delivers specialist and holistic legal and HR services to individuals, businesses and charities across the country across a range of employment and commercial disciplines.

Due to the growing popularity of our outsourced HR services, we require a Junior HR Advisor to join the team.

We are looking for someone junior in their HR career.

You will be utilising your skills and experience working on a variety of HR matters for our clients from recruitment to termination.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to develop their HR career as a generalist advisor within a forward-thinking firm with a solid reputation as a specialist provider of HR & legal services.


What will you be doing?

  • Preparing documents such as contracts of employment, policies, procedures guidance documents and template letters.
  • Ensuring our suite of templates that clients can access on our portal are up to date, legally compliant and onbrand.
  • Providing administrative support to our clients both remotely and on site.
  • Providing telephone advice to clients on a variety of HR matters.
  • Remaining up to date with best practice and employment law.
  • Participating in networking and business development initiatives.
  • You will have the opportunity to learn from our specialist advisors and take a lead on areas that interest you.

Experience & skills

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail is critical for this position.
  • Some employment law knowledge would be desirable but a willingness to undergo continuous learning & development is essential.
  • Excellent writing ability and telephone manner.
  • Able to travel to client sites to deliver onsite HR services if required.
  • Willing to participate in the firm's practice development activities writing content and attending networking events for example.
  • Demonstrable sensitivity to different cultures, backgrounds, and objectives.
  • Personable and able to build relationships.
