JOB DESCRIPTION

Reports to:
Global Head of Marketing

***:Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator will play an integral role in interacting with a range of stakeholders and shareholders, acting as a key contact between the company and clients alike. They will be required to convey information quickly and effectively, ensuring all parties are kept abreast of developments. ensuring consistency and accuracy. The successful postholder will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to write clearly and concisely with good presentation skills.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the company, their offering and the market they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients
  • Communicate frequently with customers, making outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads to be passed on to the sales team
  • Respond to any customer enquiries, sending them on any relevant information
  • Produce sales documentation and reports as required
  • Market research on other providers, spend etc
  • Assist with organising marketing events, webinars and conferences
  • Assist with the creation of marketing content if/when necessary
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels
  • Conduct market research and identify trends
  • Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales data
  • Ensure all sales and marketing efforts serve to achieve business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Assist at sales and marketing events with special emphasis on preparation for and coordination of all events and exhibits.
  • Contribute information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies
  • Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
  • Sets marketing schedules and coordinate with colleagues, sponsors, media representatives, and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
  • Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
  • Assist with general departmental administrative duties as directed by Head of Marketing.

  • Ability to organise and plan own work.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a full understanding of the impact of failure in terms of business cost, production schedules and customer order fulfilment.
  • Competent IT skills including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, preferably Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:


  • Proven work experience (3+ years) of working within sales and/ or marketing, ideally within a luxury brand environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build longlasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of developing new processes and bringing improvements to sales and marketing
  • Very strong interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated, flexible team player with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Highly computer literate (including Microsoft Excel, data analytics tools)
  • Degree or equivalent required

This position is office-based, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
