Description

The Early Interventions in Psychosis (EIP) team are looking to recruit a compassionate and highly skilled colleague to join the EIP management team.

Working directly with the Clinical Team leader and members of the wider EIP workforce, the EIP team leader would be responsible for managing the EIP South team which covers the City Central, City East and county North & Mid Nott localities.

The team leader would work alongside the wider EIP management team including the South team and Service manager, to develop the service as part of the ambitions in the NHS long term plan.


To provide continuing management, leadership and development responsibilities ensuring the effective delivery of clinical/evidence-based practice by the team to a diverse group of patients, their families and carers, in accordance with quality practice and procedures.

Ensuring all performance management and clinical governance arrangements are in place.
