Job Summary
To provide general administration throughout the department as requested by company managers/supervisors. To ensure that business needs are met whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.


Responsibilities will include**:


  • To assist in company administrative tasks as required
  • Coordinate all administration tasks within the department
  • Work closely with The Compliance Team Leader and Administrator to provide administration support and assist with oData and oCloud tasks,
  • Create reports, produce spreadsheets and bind documentation
  • Drafting and sending out correspondence
  • Maintain company inhouse database
  • Compile excel spreadsheets
  • Scanning and renaming documents
  • Upload documents on to the client's portals ensuring that the documents are uploaded in accordance with procedures and in the set time limit
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices prior to their submission to Clients
  • Any other administrative tasks as required***
    What we are looking for:
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have good organisational and time management skills
  • Be able to liaise with staff at all levels
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Preferably have experience within a similar role
  • Have good IT skills and the ability to use a variety of packages
  • Preferably have a full UK Driving licence due to location of our office
  • Self motivated

Essential Qualifications/Skills:


  • 5 GCSES graded between A* C (or equivalent)

Working for us:

- £5.50 per hour or in line with national minimum wage

  • 21 days holiday increasing by 1 extra day every 2 years' service up to a maximum of 25 days, plus statutory days
