The Company


Brewster Partners are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager on behalf of a Chesterfield based client operating within the finance sector.

The client is a well-established company who values innovation and growth.


The Role
This is a permanent, full-time role initially based onsite with progression to hybrid working after the first 2 months. The hours will be distributed between the days of Monday - Friday.


Within this role as a Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for working across several sectors, some of which will be outward facing.

Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Work closely alongside supporting companies
  • Working with both large and smaller scale clients
  • Grow business
  • Gather information for reports
  • Set and manage expectations


This role would be suited to someone who has previous experience working in an account manager or administration role, however an individual with a willingness to learn and progress would also be considered.

Strong communication skills and work ethic alongside previous knowledge of pension contributions is desirable
