We have won awards for the quality of our training, our collaborative social value projects and our contribution to Net Zero.

Our impact on the retrofit skills sector is impressive and is something we are keen to strengthen.

Our organisation has four core values: Positive, Ethical, Empowering and Practical. These are central to our organisation, and we are keen to recruit people who reflect them.
