Due to the changing marketplace and growth plans, coupled with our philosophy around continuous improvement, this role has been identified by Reed & Mackay as a key role moving forward.


ROLE SUMMARY:

This is a full-time role, based out of our London Head Office.

Part of a wider team of regionally based IQ Client Onboarding & Support officers working within compliance boundaries creating and amending client corporate accounts/setup in our proprietary front and mid office system.

You will work collaboratively with your colleagues across the regions and support each other's regional needs as workloads require with support from the Global Lead.

Required to deliver optimal results in all initiation phases and related activities of the company in the areas of client onboarding, compliance, accounting setup and commercial considerations.

Continually assist the R&M wholly owned offices with any client configuration, pricing or iQ queries and be an integral part of the team in driving various global improvement projects and strategies to continually improve both system and process efficiencies.


This role provides an excellent opportunity to work not only with all our wholly owned offices but also with the wider Navan Group as we onboard Navan Pro clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Oversee compliance in client onboarding process by completing client configurations and pricing setup
  • Collaborate with Pricing to deliver correct fee setup and amendments in line with contract initiation and renewals
  • Provide support to internal key stakeholders (Implementation team, Pricing, Client Success and Finance division)
  • Work alongside other offices to ensure global client alignment configuration and support
  • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of all processes and requests whilst feeding into the wider business key improvement opportunities
  • Responsible for onboarding Meetings & Events and Groups customers in iQ, in addition to Corporate Travel client setup and Navan Pro clients.
  • Assist with any configuration setup changes, including Credit Checks (where appropriate for this role), FOP entity and billing address changes, virtual card assignments reporting groups and scheduled reports etc.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the Travel Management industry (Preferred but not compulsory)
  • Possesses excellent, clear communication skills and ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrates quality in analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, organisation and judgement
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities and dealing with ambiguity
  • Maturity and confidence to communicate at all levels
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to solve problems practically and deal with a variety of complex situations

OFFICE LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Reed & Mackay operate an agile working policy allowing for a blend of home and office based work. The expectation is that you would be office based 3 days a week as minimum.

The core UK business hours are 09:00 - 17:30, however depending on business needs you'll need a flexible approach to working extra hours when the need arises to meet the needs of our global business.


INTERNAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for assisting with compliance to Reed & Mackay's certification programmes and policies.
