JOB PURPOSE:
The Co-ordinator: Events Recharge will be responsible for supporting the Global Events Director in a number of initiatives in relation to growing the Events business across the globe.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Approval or denial of all Navan request on various slack channels and google forms
- Support as a link and coordination between Navan sales and R&M implementation
- Ensure Workflows, Pricing, Implementation etc are followed with no deviations for Navan clients
- Act as a buffer between Global Director or General Managers and Navan Sales or CSMs in relation to new business, minimising disruption to Operations and supporting any questions raised
- Generate and circulate reports from SalesForce on current status of sales leads in line with Workflow ie
- Calls completed
- Sales Brief circulated
- Fees Agreed
- Legals Agreed
- Passed to HODs for Go Live Onboarding
- Live
- Oversee Workflows and Processes in relation to Navan clients integration into R&M environment, ensuring all teams are playing their part in as smooth a transition as possible
- Supporting the Global Director with their day to day role, ie
- Management of Global Director's schedule
- Arranging meetings and booking meeting rooms
- Overseeing travel arrangements
- Joining meetings where appropriate and taking minutes, ensuring follow up on actions
- Assistance with slide decks
- Assisting our Senior Management when time permits
- Other ad hoc duties as necessary
