What you'll do as a Senior Digital Strategist:

• Client Partnership: Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, positioning our agency as a key strategic partner, particularly at the C-Suite level
• Strategic Leadership: Provide essential support to clients by identifying opportunities and proposing tailored solutions to address their business needs
• Insight-Driven Solutions: Analyze client briefs and offer actionable recommendations
• Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the team to design and implement advanced digital strategies that ensure client success
• Project Oversight: Supervise the seamless implementation of strategies across creative, design, development, and marketing activities
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to uncover consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging digital trends, translating data into valuable insights
• Audience Insights: Utilize people-centric approaches through detailed segmentations, persona development, and audience insights
• Client Workshops: Organize and lead engaging workshops to derive actionable insights that drive business value
• Client Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to nurture account growth
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business prospects, engaging in pitches and presentations to showcase our strategic capabilities

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Customer Experience across various digital platforms
• Experience in digital audits, needs assessment, and solution identification
• Ability to formulate digital visions and principles
• Skilled in UJ mapping, UX, IA, and wireframes
• Competence in technology assessment and definition in collaboration with the tech team
• Knowledge of digital accessibility, inclusion, and sustainability
