    Corporate Tax Director/Partner - Leeds Recruiting on behalf of a Leading Firm of Chartered Accountants Recruitment Managed by Crowe Watson Recruitment

    Are you ready to elevate your career to the next level in the world of Corporate Tax? A prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Tax Director/Partner.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to join a forward-thinking team, providing innovative tax solutions to a diverse client base.

    As a leader within the firm, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our corporate tax services, while maintaining our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

    In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing tax strategies, advising on complex tax matters, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

    Your expertise will be key in nurturing client relationships and expanding our reach in the market.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of UK corporate tax legislation and a proven track record in a UK practice environment.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
    Provide strategic tax planning and advice to a diverse range of clients.
    Oversee complex tax compliance and advisory projects.
    Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
    Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards.
    Drive continuous improvement and innovation in tax services.


    Requirements:
    ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
    Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
    Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax.
    Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

    Crowe Watson is acting as an Employment Agency, references to pay rates are indicative and salary is dependent on experience.


    Job Types:
    Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

    Pay:
    £90,000.00-£160,000.00 per year


    Benefits:

    Monday to Friday
    No weekends
