About the Role

We are hiring for a new business sales professional to join the Healthcare Sales team. Your account focus will be the Health Security Agency and driving expansion in the UK market.

This is an outstanding career option for a sales professional looking to further their new business sales career in a fast paced dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling solutions into the NHS regions.
  • You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
  • Territory identification and research of whitespace accounts, to formalise a go to market territory strategy and create qualified target account list within 30 days.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure overachievement.
  • Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.
  • Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation.
  • Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience selling into Healthcare, different enterprise backgrounds considered.
  • Successful history of net direct new business sales, with the ability to prove consistent delivery against targets.
  • Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.
  • Credibility at all levels and evidence of building strong relationships internally and with the customer.
  • Current full driving license.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.).
