- Lead and manage the retail managers in both London and Margate.
- Conduct monthly manager meetings to share P&L statements, best practises, and set goals.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure timely performance reviews and resolution of HR issues.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa and retail locations, including forecasting, budget management, and inventory control.
- Establish operational policies and procedures for retail and spa services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and drive revenue.
- Utilise sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement promotional activities and upselling techniques to boost sales.
- Previous experience working for a luxury brand within retail and spa.
- Proven experience in a senior manager-level role, managing cross-departmental teams in multiple locations is essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving departmental KPIs and sales targets.
