    If you are a Legal Secretary seeking a new challenge within a supportive, friendly and professional firm then we would very much like to speak with you.

    Our client is a forward thinking, highly regarded law firm seeking additional support within their Private Client team in Basingstoke
    The role is varied and interesting and will encompass providing support on matters relating to Wills, Trusts and Probate


    Duties will include:
    Accurate audio typing of various correspondence and documents
    Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients
    Management of email correspondence, answering queries where possible and referring more complex matters to relevant fee earners
    Opening files, providing quotes
    Scanning, photocopying and filing
    Assisting with general compliance and other administrative tasks as required

    To be considered for this role, experience of at least 12 months of working as a Legal Secretary within Private Client law is essential.
