    Are you a dedicated and qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a rewarding opportunity in a primary school setting? Join our passionate team at a South Liverpool primary school and play a pivotal role in supporting the education and development of our students

    Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

    As a Qualified HLTA, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the educational journey of our students, supporting teaching and learning across various subjects and year groups.


    Responsibilities:
    Lead small group interventions and support classroom activities, demonstrating expertise in your subject area.
    Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
    Provide one-to-one support to students who require additional assistance, including those with special educational needs.
    Contribute to the assessment and tracking of student progress, working collaboratively with teaching staff.
    Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported

    Requirements:
    Relevant qualification as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).
    Previous experience working within a school environment is desired but not essential.
    Passion for supporting children's education and development.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
