EB Recruitment is working with a organisation in the Glasgow area (West End). An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Sales Support team.

Supporting the wider sales team with all administrative duties, this role will involve:

  • Manage the order to invoice process for allocated accounts
  • Coordinate completion of required forms
  • Ordering of vehicles
  • Client management on all updates throughout the process
  • Undertake financial process including quotations completion of required paperwork and submission to financial company
  • Coordinate delivery of ordered vehicles
  • Maintain inhouse system information and document management process
  • Support with client queries, advising where necessary
  • Answer telephone
  • Proactively assist the sales team
  • General administration tasks scanning, filing etc

Skills and Experience required:


  • Administrative experience, ideally gained within a client based role
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within a fast paced environment
  • Highly organised and can prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Possess customer service skills
  • Complaint handing would be desirable
  • Team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £24,300.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Glasgow
