Our client is a vibrant, diverse, and growing group of professional services companies who offer accounting and services.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Assistant to join a busy payroll team.

The most important criteria of the Payroll Assistant is willingness to learn as full training will be provided for this role.

You will be reporting directly to the Payroll Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assisting with setting up new clients and payroll schemes
Processing starters and leavers
Communicating with clients, HMRC and internal teams
General admin duties as required

Skills and Experience:

Competent and able to use Microsoft packages
Enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment
A strong communicator with a high level of professionalism, attention to detail and accuracy
Selfmotivated and proactive, confident, and well organised
A team player and also able to work independently

Salary and Benefits:

A starting salary of £20,000 per annum
25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays
