Mercure Aberdeen Caledonian Hotel is currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant to join our Team. We are looking for talented people who have a passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a desire to learn and grow within our team.

You will join a talented and loyal restaurant team who are dynamic and experienced in delivering the highest level of service.

The successful candidate will be focused on providing high quality service and will genuinely enjoy creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in accordance with our standards.
  
• Ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all food and beverage service areas, including the kitchen and bar.
  
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  
• Assist in managing inventory, restocking supplies, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for guests, making their experience memorable.
  
• Follow health and safety guidelines and comply with all relevant regulations to ensure a safe working environment for both staff and guests.
