Client Details
Page Personnel have partnered with a Leeds City Centre based client on an exciting new role. They have an opening for a HR Systems Analyst, which is a newly created role.

It is a really exciting time to join the organisation as they are in the process ofimplementing a new system.

The role is full time, and permanent and is paying up to £35,000, and offers hybrid/remote working.


Description

The successful HR Analyst will:

  • Support with the streamlining and integration of HR systems, ensuring the best possible manager and employee experience
  • Act as Superuser for all people related systems, ensuring effective data capture and optimisation of the platform, assisting in the resolution of technical issues
  • Produce insightful reports and dashboards for managers
  • Build and maintain relationships with system providers
  • Identify needs within different teams to establish how the systems can best benefit them

Profile

  • Demonstrable experience in the use of and development of HRIS systems practices, with exposure to a variety of HRIS platforms
  • Experience of using people data and insight to support in driving people change
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR process and employee lifecycle
  • Good understanding of the General Data Protection Regulations
