More about the role:


  • Deliver General property service duties ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at all times e.g., regular inspections, point of contact for residents.
  • Processing out of contract requests, checking, challenging, and approving the correct repair solution.
  • Responsible for checking and authorizing invoices for works services provided by contractors.
  • Identify repairs and Post inspect completed works.
  • Carry out preparation for the annual audit liaising with auditors as required.
  • Responsible for departmental cost control and reporting to deliver a cost effective service
  • Survey when required and to develop a scope of works, schedule when applicable.
  • Assist with the planning and management of projects to agreed service levels, ensuring works carried out meet the Group's quality requirements and stakeholder expectations.

More about you:


  • HNC or Degree in building or equivalent
  • Experience of working with EHO, Legal disrepair
  • Experience of working with a diverse range of Clients.
  • Full driving license and access to car
