My client is an award winning growing Mortgage Broker seeking a motivated and dedicated professional for a part time position as an Administrator.
This is an opportunity to develop a career within Mortgage lending and progress within a dynamic and forward thinking organisation.
Please note this role is fully remote and full training will be provided however experience in the Mortgage industry would be prefered.
£20,000 pro rata, plus a bonus scheme based on KPIs
Ideal hours - 8:30 - 4:30 Monday, Thursday & Friday
- Purpose of role:_
To deliver good customer outcomes to all Mortgage customers through assisting the Adviser in some of the file checks post submission to the lender and/or insurer to ensure the company meets its obligations.
To ensure all required documentation is on the file and that all lender requirements regarding format, certification etc are met.
The role will also involve supporting the Adviser in the preparation of all letters of suitability ensuring these are on file and sent to the customer in a timely manner.
- To deliver good customer outcomes by supporting the customer journey in the submission of documents to the lender and/or insurer and ensuring these are correct
- To ensure all minimum document and file requirements are present and correct to ensure all customers receive a suitability of advice letter and all relevant systems are updated and take appropriate action where there are gaps in documents.
- Build collaborative working relationships with Advisers, colleagues, lenders and insurers to deliver good customer outcomes.
- To ensure all systems are updated throughout the mortgage and/or protection transaction where appropriate.
- To follow all Strike/MAB and regulatory processes to ensure we remain compliant.
- To deliver personal KPIs whilst following Strike's values.
