What's Involved?
The main role of the Administration Assistant is to work in the reception area providing a great customer service to both internal and external stakeholders whilst adhering to administration duties such as:
- Provide a professional reception and administrative service
- Work effectively and unsupervised in a variety of circumstances
- Process Orders through Issac their inhouse processing system
- Understand and contribute to the functioning of the admin team
- Answering, screening and forwarding phone calls whilst providing basic information or taking appropriate messages in a timely and polite manner
- Filing, photocopying, and generally assisting the team
- Performing any other administrative tasks as deemed appropriate
- Helping with telesales department during busy periods Ad hoc admin duties using Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word & Outlook
- Using the company's internal CRM System Issac for compliance
