What does the job involve?
- Handling telephone calls accurately and timely.
- Replying to correspondence and actioning customer requests
- Liaising across departments with colleagues to ensure a first class customer experience.
Skills and experience:
There is an extensive training package available to every new starter, but you will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience of working in a busy customer service role.
- The ability to multitask and work accurately and efficiently when switching between tasks.
- IT literate with administration experience and good working knowledge of Word, Outlook and Excel.

The details:
- 35 hours a week Monday to Friday. (8am to 4pm, 9am to 5pm and 10am to 6pm on a rota)
- 24 days holiday + Bank Holidays + your Birthday off
