Looking for a local, flexible part time role to fit around your other commitments or interests?
***We are looking for a Cleaning Operative to work for 10 hours a week (working during the week). You will join our friendly team at Lymington Town Hall Maintaining a high level of cleanliness is of the utmost importance to us and we need an individual who is motivated to achieve this for our customers.


Your main duties will be:


  • Maintaining a high standard of cleaning throughout the Council buildings
  • Vacuuming, floor polishing, chemical clean of lavatories
  • Providing a safe working environment whilst dealing with chemicals, ensuring that they are handled in accordance with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Assessments
  • Ensuring all cleaning schedules are followed and checklists are completed
  • Performing manual scheduled and non scheduled cleaning work as required
  • Full training will be given.
