Description
The Service Administrator will be reporting directly to the Service Manager, in our busy Services team. We are looking for a positive, adaptable individual who enjoys working under pressure.

The role is to support customers and coordinate our engineers to ensure service requests are handled in a professional and timely manner.


Job duties and responsibilities

  • Responding to incoming customer service requests.
  • Processing and logging onto our systems
  • Ensure project file are kept up to date
  • Resolving any queries and complaints in a friendly and professional manner
  • Allocating engineers to jobs ensuring that: customer deadlines are met, engineers are fully utilised (within Working Time Regulations), geography is considered when planning routes to limit travelling times
  • Preparing customer quotes
  • Liaising with colleagues in Finance to resolve invoicing queries

You must be able to demonstrate

  • Proven scheduling capability, ideally in a similar environment
  • Clear communication style with the ability to coordinate others
  • Ability to build longlasting customer relationships
  • Customer service skills including complaint resolutions
  • Good geographical knowledge of the UK
  • A good standard of literacy and numeracy
  • Be able to work with mínimal supervision and to specific deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to plan, organise and prioritise work (for yourself and in support of team members)
  • Neat and methodical
  • Good computer knowledge (Microsoft office, Excel etc.)
