    Cost Administrator - READING, United Kingdom - PRIMARK

  • Support in the growth and development of the Brand Comms department. Looking for opportunities and solutions to move processes forward with a flexible approach.

  • Develop solid working relationships with all key stakeholders that feed into the Finance process. Seek out effective ways of working, for all parties.
  • Carry out general administration, as required. Key Interactions and engagement as part of role:

    1. Cost Manager
    2. Finance Business Partner
    3. Suppliers
    4. Accounts Payable
    5. Accounts Receivable What You'll Bring

      1. Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables whilst meeting deadlines set by management.
      2. 3+ years experience in excel reporting or have a finance office background.
      3. Effective planning and organisation skills, ability to prioritize various tasks, plan and schedule tasks efficiently for self and team and work within agreed timescales.
      4. Great attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of data as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
      5. Proven ability in handling sensitive matters whilst ensuring all Primark information remains confidential to the business.
      6. Be a collaborative partner with good interpersonal/communication skills, while demonstrating high levels of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to push back with professionalism. Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
      7. Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
      8. Effective and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner to all areas of the business.
      9. Ability to support, influence and coach others
