**2nd Line IT Support Analyst3 Month Initial Contract
Edinburgh / Hybrid**Our Public Sector client is looking to bring in
2nd Line IT Support Analyststo join on a contract basis.
- Experience of working in an IT Support Service (2nd Line) or similar ITIL support role
- Windows Operating Systems (Windows 10, Server 2012/16)
- MS Office 2010/201
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/201
- SCCM 2012/1
- Experience of troubleshooting Microsoft based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 10 and Microsoft Office products
- MS Teams
- Supporting customer who use Exchange online
- Experience of supporting cloudbased technologies
Desirable Skills (where appropriate)
- ITIL Foundation qualified
