Job Title: Management Accountant

Company: PE-backed Technology Business

Location: London (2 days per week in the office)

Salary: £50,000-£60,000 plus bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Management Accountant to join a dynamic PE-backed technology business for a 15-month contract covering maternity leave, with a hybrid working setup in Fleet (2 days onsite).

You will become part of a rapidly growing and highly acquisitive organization that has significantly expanded its operations in the past 2 years.

In this role, you will take charge of managing the accounting functions of the entity and collaborate closely with the parent company's head office.

Duties will include:

Managing the company's accounts and month-end processes
Assisting in integrating the entity into the group structure by defining financial processes and controls
Supporting in the preparation of statutory accounts and acting as the main liaison for auditors
Handling VAT returns
Collaborating with the commercial finance team to offer analysis and assist in forecasting and related initiatives
Conducting revenue recognition reporting and analysis

The ideal candidate will be a qualified professional with prior experience in overseeing management accounting, month-end activities, and VAT for a company. Any background in enhancing controls or integrating new entities will be advantageous. Experience in a PE-backed or Tech firm, along with familiarity with NetSuite, is desirable.
