You'll be joining a business that is expanding, cares about the community and the environment.

Role Value Proposition

This is the perfect transition role from assessing claims outside of Life, such as RTA, Personal Injury, Home insurance claims assessing etc.

The Claims assessor will contribute to the proactive management of claims administered by MetLife, providing reassurance to customers through service excellence and accuracy of work, whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills

Required:

Claims assessment experience
Confident and decisive when analysing information and determining outcomes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
Ability to work efficiently with good attention to detail.
Confident, calm with a professional telephone manner.
Accurate and able to demonstrate a high level of organisation.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
Selfmotivated, enthusiastic with a 'can do attitude'.
Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
A good understanding of compliance, legal, CBI and FCA regulations (full MetLife Corporate training will be provided)
