LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a financial services organisation in West Sussex to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner for a nine month fixed term contract.

In this role you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment specialising in data and audit roles.

The focus for this role is direct sourcing and implementing a multi-channel recruitment strategy which will enable you to headhunt the best talent and promoteour client as an employer of choice.


  • Support the posthire process, including onboarding and probation, to maximise the integration and success of new colleagues.
  • Manage multiple vacancies across various depts to deliver the business hiring on time and cost effectively.
  • Maintain strong lines of communication with your stakeholders to manage an efficient hiring process and offer a continuous dialogue on search performance.
  • Liaise with recruitment agencies as and when necessary to build relationship and secure cost effective and timely recruitment solutions.
  • Provide accurate and point in time recruitment reporting including weekly/monthly reports.
  • Maximise the potential of LinkedIn (where applicable), social media, and other innovative talent tools to build a talent pipeline.
  • Train and develop all line managers on the endtoend recruitment process to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Bring to the business, innovative and up to date assessment and selection methodologies, aligned to the role/team or business.
  • End to end recruitment experience especially in audit and data roles
  • Experience of implementing a multichannel recruitment strategy, a true head hunter
  • Experience of rolling our recruitment processes to line managers
  • Fantastic stakeholder management skills
