That includes payroll, casework, referencing and onboarding, through to billing, paying suppliers, and month end activities.
It's up to us to lead, support and deliver an excellent service across our core processes including M anaging R evenue; P rocurement; P roject and A sset M anagement ; Finance Processes; People Processes.

T o succeed, we need to be able to make decisions quickly, evaluat e the financial, non-financial and carbon impact of our choices, and ensure they are supported by accurate data and insight.

As the Specialist you will be the first point of escalation to any other team members and lead on the more complex delivery whilst leading strong relationship with internal partners across Heathrow.
- Role model customer service, whilst ensuring a great business experience
- Liaise directly with stakeholders and manage the quality standards across the team to ensure business requirements are met
- Lead process improvement activities and actively look for ways to improve the team delivery
- Support Team Leaders to develop skills and knowledge within the team
- Use data and insight to prioritise workflow and resolve issues, ensure effective audit and control frameworks are embedded and effective
- Proven experience and knowledge of working in Payroll environment
- Experience of processing end to end payroll.
- Preferred, but not essential experience with Oracle Fusion
- CIPP qualification, preferred, but not essential.
- Experience in dealing with third parties such as HMRC, Pension etc.
- Good analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills, collaborative and proven ability to work across teams and a good understanding of the importance of dealing with Key Stakeholders.

Heathrow Business Support Centre supports agile working with a combination of home and office working that will vary based on business need and your individual role.
As all roles will involve some on-site working each week, we need you to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to our office.
