    Teacher of Food (Part Time)

    Salary: Teacher Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale

    Hours of work: Part Time

    We are looking to appoint a Teacher ofFood to join our superb Technology Department.This post will be a wonderfully rewarding experience for the successful candidate as they will be joining a supportive team which is fantastically resourced and part of our wider Meridian family of teachers.

    The ideal candidate

    ·Qualified Teacher Status and degree in specialist subject

    ·Experience of teaching at KS3 to KS4

    ·Evidence of securing high outcomes from students

    ·Ability to use IT to support effective teaching and learning

    ·Commitment to continuing professional development

    ·Effective form tutoring and committed to the importance of pastoral support

    ·Understand and be a proud advocate of the five values of all Meridian Trust schools

    ·Believe that students make the best progress when teaching is well planned and well delivered
