Hours of Operations Support Executive
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week


Operations Support Executive Responsibilities

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Preparing and analysing reports for the Management Team
  • Raising purchase orders for the Operations Team
  • Using the Charge Point Back office system to deal with customer enquiries
  • Organising the importation of the charging hardware
  • Any other ADHOC duties to assist with the day to day running of the business

Operations Support Executive Requirements

  • 12 years' experience within a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problemsolving skills
  • Experience of working within logistics or EV charging industry (desirable)

£28,000 rising after probation period
