Hours of Operations Support Executive
Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Operations Support Executive Responsibilities
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Preparing and analysing reports for the Management Team
- Raising purchase orders for the Operations Team
- Using the Charge Point Back office system to deal with customer enquiries
- Organising the importation of the charging hardware
- Any other ADHOC duties to assist with the day to day running of the business
Operations Support Executive Requirements
- 12 years' experience within a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Experience of working within logistics or EV charging industry (desirable)
