    Monpellier Resourcing is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer

We are a boutique recruitment agency with over 30 years of experience, specializing in connecting clients with top talent. Our focus is on the financial services sector, working with wealth management firms, international banks, and EMIs. We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic candidates to join our team in the City of London.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Administration:

    • Handling administration tasks such as CV typing and interview scheduling

    Resourcing:

    • Resourcing candidate profiles via job boards

    Candidate Management:

    • Guiding candidates through recruitment processes from screening to onboarding
    • Proactively searching for suitable candidates on platforms like LinkedIn and job boards to maintain a high-quality talent pool
    • Building and nurturing relationships with candidates at all levels

    Client Management:

    • Ensuring a positive client experience by managing expectations and delivering on commitments
    • Identifying opportunities for projects and collaborations across the business

    Sales & Business Development:

    • Exploring new ways to expand your network and generate leads
    • Identifying potential business opportunities from leads
    • Acting as a Brand Ambassador for the industry, clients, and ideal candidates

    Requirements:

    • Self-motivated with a positive work ethic
    • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and Outlook
    • Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent
