    Director of Communications & Fundraising (Band 9) | Croydon Health Services NHS Trust | £105,327 per annum | Job Overview

    • The Director of Communications and Fundraising will lead a dedicated team responsible for the Trust's communications function.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, local community, and service users to build trust in services.
    • Provide expertise to ensure the Trust's operational recovery plan and strategic objectives are met.

    The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of developing high-performing communications departments.

    • Requires strong personal authority and decision-making skills.
    • Report to the Chair and Chief Executive, contributing to strategic communications planning.

    Establish strong relationships with communication leaders in other trusts and organizations.

    • Direct fundraising and marketing strategies for Croydon Health Charity.
    • Work with the Head of Fundraising to ensure charitable funds benefit patients and staff.
