- Monitor the end-to-end cash process and investigate any discrepancies.
- Import daily cash processing reports into SAP.
- Communicate and document discrepancy and forgery reports.
- Post debtors' invoices and credit notes, and allocate cash receipts to customer accounts.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of cash and card General Ledgers, including writing off within a certain threshold and investigating beyond it.
- Post ad hoc journals when necessary.
- Monitor, escalate, and resolve missing sales.
- Upload fuel and shop sales, and investigate any variances.
- Escalate issues promptly and appropriately.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations.
- Perform sales reconciliation.
- Handle general administration and other ad-hoc duties as required
- Exceptional client and customer service capabilities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong academic background and experience in Finance
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain financial information clearly to all levels of management, both in writing and verbally
