THE ROLE
Nigel Wright are delighted to be working again with our client who operate in the Financial Services Sector.

One of the largest providers to mortgage intermediaries who also operate a network of franchised estate agencies across the UK.

As they continue togrow they now require extra support staff.

Salary:
£21,500 (with some out of hours work, salary rises up to £24,000)


Location:
Newcastle Upon Tyne


Hybrid working:
Yes split 50% in the office and 50% from home.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:30 (split over shifts). Some out of hours.


Overtime Available:
Yes


Holidays:25 days plus bank holidays


DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR SKILLS
You will help manage user setups, amendments, leavers as well as assisting with system faults and user errors.

Of course, support will be on hand from your team members and external 3rd parties enabling you to develop in the role and learn more as you progressyour career.


  • Excellent Customer Service skills & telephone manner.
  • Strong team work ethic.
  • An ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Experience of Active Directory & Windows 10.
  • Experience of MS Office Products
  • An understanding of Networks & Telephony would be desirable though not required.


This is a role that will suit someone with strong customer service, administration, and communication skills along with a technical mindset Ideally you would have some Service Desk experience and be familiar working within SLA and ticketing systems.
