Description

We are looking for a Client Services Consultant to join our Surety and Guarantee team in our Canary Wharf office**
The role: Reporting to the Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining existing bonds which includes requesting progress on existing bonds and overdue release certification.


What you will do:


  • Maintain existing Client facilities to ensure their details are up to date i.e change of company names and addresses
  • Chase, monitor collection of premiums
  • Maintain broker records including monitoring of FCA and commission status
  • Create payments if required and ensure our systems are up to date with the status of overdue bonds.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, monthly statistics, other facility documentation and correspondence.
  • Destruction of expired bond files including checks to ensure documents are saved to Docuware
  • Log new business enquiries with the underwriters
  • You will be involved in extensive client liaison and customer service both written and over the telephone, therefore you will
need to be professional and confident in your communication.


What you will bring:

Possess good IT skills including MS Office, in particular Word & Excel.

Friendly & professional manner when dealing with clients & brokers.

Numerate & analytical.

Be an approachable team player
