FACILITIES COORDINATOR (known internally as Facilities Team Leader) to join the ever-growing, highly successful manufacturing plant in Elton, Chester.

Work Pattern:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 3:15pm

Main Responsibilities


Main Purpose of Role:


  • To support maintenance of all assets in scope for the department
  • To build and deliver a planned and reactive maintenance plan to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • To provide reporting to the head of FM regarding fabric and asset maintenance in terms of quality, service delivery, continuous improvement, and cost
  • Using the company's recognised IT systems to coordinate accurately and timely processing, to support the operation in planning and execution of all relative activities.

Key Accountabilities:


  • Develop and deliver the fabric maintenance plan for the site, responsible for managing the team to deliver planned and reactive activities
  • Engage external contractors as required, ensuring management of cost and quality
  • Ensure delivery of FM service provision both in and outsourced to enhance the customer experience
  • Complete audits including customer satisfaction in line with contractual agreements with suppliers
  • Collate performance information for department KPI meetings, and leadership team meetings
  • Ownership of financial performance of identified accounts, use of the SAP system and compliance with Encirc finance policy and process
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with Encirc Health & Safety policy and process
  • Continuous Improvement activities and process reviews of FM service supporting the Head of FM to drive service excellence across all areas of FM
  • Other duties as assigned by the company SLT to support the goals of the company
  • Good level of Microsoft skills, higher level education and ability to learn new concepts & principles
  • Experience of working in a facilities environment
  • Excellent communication and delegation skills
  • Drive consistent high performance with the ability to effectively prioritise
  • Ability to work on shortterm issues and support colleagues across the business
