- Owning the full website project lifecycle from gathering customer requirements to the testing and launch of the careers site.
- Creating project plans, scheduling workload and ensuring projects are delivered to the right standard, within scope, within budget and within the agreed timescales.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working directly with internal website design teams, customers and external third-party design agencies.
- Apply industry best practice solutions for websites considering optimum candidate journeys.
- Manage the technical aspects of the project with the customer regarding domains, SSLs and Adobe/Google analytics.
- Support the Pre-Sales and Sales process with prospective customers.
- You have experience of managing website implementation projects, especially careers websites.
- You have experience within SEO and accessibility standards.
- You have an understanding of HTML and CSS.
- You have worked with Content Management Systems.
- You can build relationships with people at multiple levels.
- You are highly motivated and dedicated to continuous improvement.
