    About the team:

    You will be part of the Client Success team within International Markets and will work closely with peers within the Client Success team, as well as with other stakeholders and functional partners within FIS's functional matrix model.

    This senior program role is required to lead platform deployment and implementation activities, reporting directly to and supporting the Program Director. Role is required to have experience and familiarity with cards processing and/or card-based payment processing.

    What you will be doing:

    • Planning control and coordination of dependencies
    • Oversight of and control of program change-control
    • Reviews plans to determine costs, timeline, funding, staffing requirements and goals
    • Manages implementation activities including identifying contractual obligations, client needs and goals, existing situation, necessary contacts and access to existing information as needed
    • Identifies program process gaps or areas for improvement, recommends and implements solutions
    • Coordinates activities and tasks among program teams, other internal departments and client or vendor/subcontractor organizations as needed to meet program goals
    • Overall solution readiness including assuring regulatory, corporate risk and compliance requirements are understood and met
    • Ensures program delivery is on schedule, within budget constraints and of the appropriate quality
    • Manages program-level risks, issues/problems and activity progress to ensure program goals are achieved.
    • Assists with problem resolution or risk mitigation as needed
    • Active involvement in preparing the documentation required for the program
    • Conducts project closure activities to formalize and communicate the program acceptance
    • Performs other related duties as assigned

    • Deep Knowledge of the industry project management best practices
    • Knowledge of various types of IT project methodologies and life cycles
    • Knowledge of financial services with cards processing and/or card based payment Processing
    • Advanced skill in the use of project management software to manage projects, e.g., MS Project, project repository, including risk, issues and action items logs
    • Experience of managing project budgets and timelines
    • Listening skills and ability to ensure open and candid two-way communication
    • Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems
    • Ability to work well under pressure and keep emotions under control during difficult situations
    • Ability to work with / coordinate both offshore and onshore resources
