With three years of dedicated experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) school, I bring a wealth of expertise in supporting students with diverse and complex needs. My role has equipped me with strong skills in behaviour management, individualised education plans, and creating inclusive classroom environments that foster both academic and personal growth.

I excel in building trusting relationships with students, using empathy and patience to help them overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. My approach is rooted in a deep commitment to understanding each student's unique needs and tailoring my support to ensure their success. I have successfully implemented various strategies to improve student engagement and academic performance, contributing to a positive and supportive learning atmosphere.

I am a compassionate and proactive professional, dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals in an educational environment. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can work closely with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop and implement effective educational strategies

I am currently working in a Social, Emotional Mental Health school and have done for 3 years. In this role I have developed strong skills in behaviour management whilst creating inclusive classroom environments and individualised Behavioural Support Plans and Emotional Health Care Plans in order to help children access learning. 

I have recently completed and passed my degree, MSc Psychology Mental Health and Wellbeing and am currently awaiting final graduate grade
