I’m a bilingual (Italian English) educator and Learning and Development specialist who is passionate about connecting with learners and making language and culture accessible. Over the years, I’ve taught in diverse settings—from young children to adult learners, to senior business executives—and have developed skills in creating engaging, effective learning experiences in both traditional and digital formats. My approach is warm and adaptable, always striving to make learning as enjoyable as it is informative.

• Lead Language Courses: Deliver engaging language lessons that cater to diverse learner needs, offering structured guidance to fellow tutors and actively shaping curriculum development to ensure content remains current and effective.
• Tutor Development and Peer Support: Conduct regular observations and one-on-one support sessions for fellow tutors, providing constructive feedback and introducing new teaching methodologies in friendly, hands-on workshops. Coordinate peer observation sessions to create a collaborative, supportive learning environment where tutors can exchange ideas and best practices.
• Student Engagement and Dynamic Learning: Cultivate an interactive and inclusive language-learning atmosphere, prioritizing student engagement through innovative teaching techniques that make language accessible and enjoyable.
• Tutor Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment of language tutors, from sourcing and interviewing to training, ensuring new hires are well-prepared and supported in their roles.
