Working in the heart of the O2 Arena behind the scenes was a great experience, I transitioned from agency work to a full-time logistics role, handling stock deliveries and beer kegs.

• Started as a logistics operative through Appetite4Work, securing a full-time role due to high work ethic.
• Delivered stock across the O2 Arena, ensuring accurate fulfillment of delivery requirements and
maintaining records.
• Managed beer and cider keg delivery and maintenance in the cellars.
• Experienced with operating manual and electric pump trucks.
• Worked at Wembley's OVO Arena with similar responsibilities under the same company

Covid Test Centre Operative

September 2021 to April 2022

As a Covid Test Centre Operative, my primary focus was ensuring strict compliance with Covid and PPE measures. Duties included assisting the public with PCR tests, managing visitor check-ins, and maintaining meticulous records. 

I adeptly tailored my approach to provide optimal customer service.
Additionally, I delved into the inventory supervisor role, overseeing Covid test kit preparation, digital logging, and maintaining inventory data. 

I ensured the proper logistical decisions were made, monitored
the temperature of Covid test fluid vials, and assisted Covid operatives with necessary supplies.
 

I upheld GDPR compliance standards while handling customer information and took on limited security
duties during staff shortages. My responsibilities involved managing customer and delivery gates, overseeing sign-ins, and ensuring site security. I combined customer service with security measures,
ensuring a seamless and secure testing experience for visitors.
