We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to join the AIGLL HR team and lead on all matters talent.

Predominately working out of our Reigate Office, this position will support the Life Insurance businesses with goal of developing and implementing best in-class recruitment strategies to support the growth of the business.

This position will also support roles in our London and homeworking teams across the UK.

About the role


What you need to know:
Recruitment

  • Work with hiring managers across the business, understanding their recruitment needs
  • Training and coaching line managers on modern best practice recruitment
  • Maintaining contact with all hiring managers on search timelines, milestones and sourcing plans
  • Manage requisitions through the Applicant Tracking Tool (Workday Recruiter)
  • Identify and utilise internal and external resources available to assist in proactively seeking talent in a competitive recruiting environment
Recruitment Strategy

  • Enhance and implement the recruitment strategy for wide variety of roles from Contact Center, Operations, Underwriting, Marketing, and Management.
  • Design and implement recruitment marketing / advertising strategies for London / Reigate / UK markets.
  • Enhance our DE&I strategy for attracting and retaining diverse talent
  • Work closely with the Early Careers team on the hire and management of Interns and graduates.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our PSL including management of procurement responsibilities
General

  • Day to day management of the HR Coordinator, supporting in their development
  • Support the Head of HR and the HR Business Partners on a range of initiatives, including employee engagement, career development and talent management
  • Help develop and implement AIG's DE&I strategy throughout the business areas and within recruitment

What we're looking for:

  • Resultsoriented professional with the ability and desire to work in a fastpaced and somewhat ambiguous corporate environment.
  • Detailed experience of the end to end recruitment process, recruitment principles and practices
  • Ability to recruit at all levels from entry level to senior level searches
  • Ability to think critically
  • Incredibly well organised with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to process changes and different technology systems
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organization
  • Financial Services industry experience is preferred
