We provide unique online software for managing the finances of yachts and businesses within the music industry.

Voly's software also incorporates a multi-currency foreign exchange (FX) solution. In addition, Pinpoint Works, a specialist software business, provides simple, effective work list and project management solution for yachting.

We currently have opportunities for Business Development Executive roles within Yachting, Music, Foreign Exchange, and Pinpoint Works.


Role Overview


This is a crucial role within Voly's Operations team and is on a pathway to becoming a Client Relationship Manager within time as well as open up other avenues within the business.


Responsibilities

  • What you'll do:_
  • Ensure subscriptions are updated within the Voly platform.
  • Consistent communication between you and the client with regards to all queries.
  • Provide client related referrals to Client Relationship Managers
  • Support both yachting and music and other areas of the business that we expand into.
  • Fully understand the Voly integrated software to enable you to support your clients.
  • Understand a high level overview of the program and implementation processes.
  • Adherence to all ISO 27001 requirements
  • Requirements:_
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Outlook, Excel, word
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive approach to all aspects of the role
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to work within agreed SLAs

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
£26,000.00 per year
