Who will you be working for?_

You'll be working for an industry-leading, accountancy software provider based in Cheshire.

Voly is the leading financial solution of choice within the Superyacht sector.

We are now diversifying our target market and moving into the music industry, working with Tour Managers, Talent Managers and Production Managers of some of the biggest acts in the UK and across the world.


The systems interface and features make it user-friendly and easy to use, giving our diverse users, real-time visibility on all aspects of a yacht or Artist's financial position.

Role overview:_

What you'll do:_

  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies inline with ISO27001 requirements
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Help screen incoming calls
  • Manage the post
  • Office building management
  • Greet visitors
  • Look after the filing
  • Photocopying and binding
  • Providing refreshments for meetings
  • You'll work closely with many people in the office, but especially with the CEO's Executive Assistant as a support net when needed
  • Organise management travel when needed

Requirements:_

  • Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
  • Comfortable working autonomously and across multiple tasks
  • IT literate with some experience of working in a team (Not mandatory)
  • Excellent social and communication skills, to enable professional interaction with a wide range of contacts, both internal and external.
  • Ability to organise and plan own work.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • A high degree of personal organisation and selfmanagement
  • Comfortable when working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span where demands are liable to change at short notice;
  • Ability to think proactively and laterally to maximise opportunities to promote the work of the organisation
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills

Job Types:

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
