Are you looking for a great new opportunity to share your skills and experience as a
Permanent Administrator with an established Financial Services business in Preston PR2.


Pay Rate for
Administrator:

£20,000 - £22,500

Hours of work as an
Administrator: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

About the
Administrator role:


  • Sorting and distribution of post and filing
  • Creating, updating and maintaining records and systems and creating financial reports
  • Liaising with clients when required
  • Type various documents including letters, reports and registers and compiling invoices
  • Arranging meetings and updating and maintaining the diary system.

The ideal
Administrator would have:


  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent administration and English grammar and spelling skills
  • Good IT skills excel and word
  • A team player mentality
