Permanent Administrator with an established Financial Services business in Preston PR2.
Pay Rate for
Administrator:
£20,000 - £22,500
Hours of work as an
Administrator: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm

About the
Administrator role:
- Sorting and distribution of post and filing
- Creating, updating and maintaining records and systems and creating financial reports
- Liaising with clients when required
- Type various documents including letters, reports and registers and compiling invoices
- Arranging meetings and updating and maintaining the diary system.
The ideal
Administrator would have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent administration and English grammar and spelling skills
- Good IT skills excel and word
- A team player mentality
