Finance Project Assistant, Luxury Fashion co, London SW6, to start ASAP
Fantastic luxury fashion brand looking for a detail-oriented Finance Project Assistant to work within their London offices based SW6.

Hours are typically 9-6, Monday-Friday each week. ** Hybrid opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays are office based)

This is a 6 month fixed term contract with potential for a further extension; paying equivalent to £32K- 35K per annum


Purpose of role:


  • Support the finance and supply chain team in gathering tracing and documenting relevant information to make a Returned Goods claim.

Key responsibilities and duties:


  • Includes but is not limited to:_
  • Review import / export documents to identify potential reclaims.
  • Consolidate data into a useable format.
  • Trace data from purchase of goods as stock all the way to final sale within the accounting and stock software
  • Work with the management accountants to gather evidence through third party documents (bill of lading, invoice, etc) for relevant reclaims.
  • Archive documents in an easy to navigate manner.

Key skills, experience and knowledge required:


  • Tenacity to problem solve to final solution.
  • Confidence to work on tasks autonomously.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, able to create various financial models to assist with decision making.
  • Excellent attention to detail, able to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy and diligence.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders throughout the business.
  • Previous relevant experience (this could be data analysis, financial auditing or similar
